I had a tough day at the track yesterday.
I got wrangled into a pace group that was way too fast for me, and then (because I couldn’t keep up) — dropped by the third rep.
For the next seven, I decided to run mostly alone.

Long run yesterday, rest day today with a side of 🍕 and @steeple_squigs. Starting to see more and more friends again for the first time in way too long after a tough year, and for that I’m grateful ❤️
