It’s hard to go back to a time before fitness was such a major part of Emily's life. Weighing in at more than 200 pounds her freshman year of college, she transformed her life through learning to love fitness to ultimately lose more than 70 pounds. These days, a healthier, happier Emily feels like the world is hers to claim. As a five-time marathoner, triathlete, CPT (ACE), run coach (UESCA), and Spin coach, she can say without hesitation that her life is better because she pledged to be her best self. Her goal? Help others realize their own wellness potential through exercise and functional training.
